Our Vision
OAK Incorporate, Engiennering & Representatives was founded in 1997 in order to create a liason in between worlwide manufacturers of equipment and machineries, and our local customers in Chile, such as : Mining Companies, Plastic Industries, Pulp and paper manufacturers, construction, and Industries in general.
Our Mission
Our mission is to satisfy the needs of our customers, introducing technical information about the new technologies in order to create new projects, get them underway and finishing them with quality and efficiency.
Objectives
- To represent first quality machinery and equipments, certified by ISO/CE only.
- To cooperate in the generation of projects oriented to the development of our national industry.
- To publish commercial and technical information to our national customers coming from our suppliers abroad.
- To establish a commercial and technical link between the manufacturer and our clients/ to supply the right information for the machinery and equipments.
- To give our customers excellent service.
- To provide parts and follow up service to our customers.
- To create “solutions” for our industrial customers.
Oak Incorporated has staff property qualified to help with the assembly and service of the machinery, if the customer requires it.
It also has an agreement with arsenal workers to manufacture the structure and connection of the equipments.
Representations
Oak Incorporated represents several Industrial equipment Suppliers indicated in the “Representaciones y Agencias” (Representation and Agencies) link. In some cases having the Representations and/or in others acting as a Distributor only, or being the liason in between supplier and customer.
Also Oak Incorporated can import the equipment required by the customer directly from the Supplier and install it in the customer’s premises.
